Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clinton, an IHG Hotel

This is a wonderful hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized, with comfortable beds, microwave, coffee maker, table, chair and footstool. They have a great hot breakfast buffet, with tasty food. It has a pool, AND is also RIGHT next door to a great waterpark, which also is staffed with very friendly people. lt was a very pleasant experience, I highly recommend staying there.

Road work makes it difficult to get to, but the bed was comfortable and the room clean and had a microwave and coffee machine

This was a decent Holiday Inn Express and Suites. It had everything you expect from this class of hotel. What sets it apart from others is the warm and welcoming staff! The location was great off the interstate and near some good Mexican restaurants (Taqueria Fresnillo!) and a wonderful park.

We stayed at this hotel on 03/02/2025 and had a fantastic experience! Before our arrival, we called ahead to request a quiet room, and Kim at the front desk took great care of us. She was still on duty when we checked in later that evening, and her warm, efficient service made the process seamless. She ensured we were familiar with the hotel amenities, breakfast details, and more. Our room was perfectly located on the backside of the hotel, away from the I-40 traffic noise, making for a peaceful and restful stay. It was also spotlessly clean! While we typically keep our expectations low for complimentary hotel breakfasts, Max completely exceeded them! She was incredibly friendly, maintained an immaculate dining area, and ensured there was a great variety of fresh, delicious options. A big shoutout to Kim & Max for their outstanding hospitality—we truly appreciate it!

We stayed at this hotel 03/02/2025 and were very satisfied! We called ahead requesting a room in a quiet location of the building, and Kim (Front Desk) took care of us. She was still working when we checked later that evening and was very pleasant and efficient during the check-in process. She made sure we understood hotel features, breakfast time, etc. The room was on the backside of the hotel, away from the I-40 traffic noise and was very quiet and clean! Our expectations for hotel "free" breakfasts aren't very high, yet Max far exceeded our expectations!! She was very cordial, the food area was super clean, and the food was very tasty with plenty of options. Great job KIM & MAX!! *** One suggestion for hotel management, do not allow dogs in the breakfast area unless they are service animals!!!!

Jojo warmly welcomed us and ensured we had everything we needed. She even found a nice room on the ground floor near an exit for easy access for our yellow lab. Max provided a wonderful hot breakfast and quite a variety of other yummies. She was friendly and enraging in conversation while we dined. We will definitely return!

I want to give a great Shout out to Victoria. You did a awesome job Victoria is very nice and helpful. Now the woman who came in after she left is was okay she had a problem with us being on the 3rd floor all because we have a Service Dog . She must don't understand that Service Dog's are just like people and can go anywhere a room is a room!! Breakfast was Awesome, pool was Awesome. The place is very clean.

Was surprised to see a waterpark attached to the hotel. We did not check that part out, but I'm sure kids would love it. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good water pressure with instant hot water. Clean rooms. Love those cinnamon rolls for breakfast!
